Manifesto 2012.9.16 – From CATASTROPHE

The world led to its ruins by IMF is now leading IMF and global capitalism to their ruins.

 

IMF has been turning the entire world into its debtors. Everywhere we are observing apocalyptic features of the planet, ruinous states of societies – this is the outcome. Their extreme manifestations are the Fukushima Daiichi Power Plants continuing to release radioactivity and the Ohi Plants that have been restarted. In place of Cairo, where popular uprising is continuing, the IMF has chosen Tokyo Japan, for its own endurance by way of clinging to nuclear power, the ultimate Debt imposed upon the entire populace.

 

Haunted by colonialist delusions, the nation-state called Japan is not able to confront the on-going calamity of radiation; this perverted regime is most suitable to be the graveyard of the IMF. The capital crowned by the Fascist mayor is most ideal for its coffin.

 

Nuclear power and territorialized land are two faces of today’s rising Fascists. And their collapse will begin by a Civil War in a broad sense. For the ruins of the world are telling of the process that has already been initiated. This October Tokyo will welcome the IMF with the new phase of CATASTROPHE, that is, but ourselves.

 

The uprisings against the global financial system led by IMF have long continued across the world. Running across the night of the world, we shall spread strikes all over.

And ‘Tokyo October 2012’ will announce a new phase for the process of decomposition and recomposition of Japan and the world in the post-Fukushima era.

IMFよ、おまえによって破滅させられた世界が今度はおまえを破滅させるだろう。

 

IMFは世界のすべてを負債と化してきた。いま、われわれが目にしている終末的な世界の様相、この社会の破滅的なすがたはその結果である。その最も醜悪にして極限的な姿こそ壊滅した福島第一原発であり、再稼働させられた大飯原発である。IMFは民衆が蜂起するエジプトでの開催をあきらめ、そのかわりにこの日本/東京を選んだ。原発という負債をさらに増殖させることで自分たちが生きのびるために。

 

しかし放射能がまきちらかされながら、それを直視することもできぬまま、植民地主義的妄想にとりつかれた、この恥辱にみちた国はIMFの墓場にこそふさわしく、ファシストを首長とするこの首都はその棺桶にふさわしい。原発と領土は今日のファシストのふたつの顔だ。かれらの崩壊は内戦とともにはじまるだろう。現在の破局的な世界はその過程の開始を告げている。10月の東京はIMFを新たな破局——これはわれわれ自身に他ならない——によって歓迎するだろう。

 

すでにあらゆるところからIMFを頂点とする世界金融システムへ反攻の烽火はあげられている。われわれは世界の夜を走り抜け、ストライキをまきちらすだろう。

そして２０１２年１０月の東京は、福島以降の日本と世界の長期にわたる崩壊／再編過程の一つの節目となるだろう。

CALL FOR A WORLDWIDE GENERAL LOCKOUT

As a rising tide of austerity sweeps the globe, we, as bosses, refuse to be left behind. Never again will we make the mistake of negotiating contracts that raise wages, protect pensions, or provide adequate health insurance for workers and their families. We will no longer be bullied into reducing our massive profits for the sake of workers’ livelihoods. Direct action must be taken to protect our freedoms. We call upon our colleagues to lock out all workers in all industries until we get what we want.

While we’ve been making big gains in our campaign to de-unionize all workplaces, it’s no longer enough to kill the union; we must also kill the solidarity. Sympathy strikes will be met with sympathy lockouts. Work slowdowns will be punished with benefit slowdowns. Are you plagued by employees who engage in workplace sabotage? Wait until they feel the effects of what we call “homeplace sabotage.” We’ll keep their wages stagnant and cut their benefits, forcing them to take up second and third jobs just to make ends meet. We’ll make sure that they’re so worried about paying their rent, their bills, their mortgages, that their free time will be anything but. We will sabotage workers’ very ability to live.

We have the momentum. At long last, we’ve finally got the public’s attention. We’ve leaped into the popular imagination and seized the headlines in an unprecedented way. We must now make our voices heard with a global show of force that won’t be soon forgotten. Now is the time for bold action. Now is the time for a worldwide general lockout.

We Will Pay for Nothing — Call for a Total Strike

“We won’t pay for your crisis.” Once this phrase raced around the world. But now we should say: “We will pay for nothing.” For we ourselves are the crisis and catastrophe.

The Lehman Shock, the Greek crisis, the Fukushima nuclear disaster (…) – who will take charge of the outcomes of these catastrophes? The only thing that is certain is that in each calamity we have become more and more indebted to the IMF or global financial capital. Inasmuch as not only our homes and schools but also all institutions both public and private are relying on bank loans, all of our labor is directly channeled into the payment of debts.

MAY 1ST, 2012 1PM

We were told by a bosses, by activists, by union leaders we couldn’t strike. Perhaps, they suggested, if we wanted to protest we could carry a sign and walk within police barricades, safely cordoned off in a free speech zone. On May 1st, we aren’t working and we aren’t protesting. We are striking.

We call on all fellow wildcat strikers to join us for a massive unpermitted march at 1pm at Sara D. Roosevelt Park (corner of 2nd and Houston). Along with striking rebels all over the world, we will show the bosses and cops of the world that we are many and we are only getting stronger.

Bring drums, banners, music, and an affinity group. Stay tight and stay in the streets. See you on May Day.
